Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor of Engineering / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 60% academic score with no active backlogs. Understanding of software development lifecycle and software engineering best practices. Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, .NET, or Python. Familiarity with data analytics, databases (SQL, Oracle, Teradata) or modern data platforms. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Previous internship or academic project experience in technology is beneficial. Agile mindset with flexibility to work in fast-paced, changing environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in global teams. Curiosity about and willingness to work with emerging technologies. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn.
