Aerchain is hiring a Software Development Engineer – I. We are looking for talented and motivated Full Stack Developers who have a strong foundation in Node.js and React.js. You will be an integral part of our product engineering team, focused on building robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions. Develop, enhance, and maintain core features of our platform using Node.js and React.js. Improve platform stability, performance, and user experience. Work closely with Product, Customer Support, and Implementation teams to understand challenges and deliver impactful solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively.

Candidates with B.E/B.Tech qualifications. Exposure to Agile methodologies. Good to Have: ~1 year of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and SQL databases. Solid understanding of software development fundamentals, debugging, and optimization. Good communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn and take on challenges.
