Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation, consulting, and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, is seeking Data Analysts to join their teams in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Kolkata. This role involves utilizing design thinking and a consultative approach to develop cutting-edge technology solutions for business problems. Responsibilities include building and managing business data lakes, developing machine learning and predictive models, visualizing data, and empowering information consumers with agile data models for self-service BI. Candidates will engage in business requirements definition, data analysis, solution design, and system implementation coordination throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers opportunities to work closely with solution architecture teams and contribute to defining target solutions that meet business requirements.

B.E. / B.Tech. + MBA (Systems / Data / Data Science / Analytics / Finance) with a strong academic background.

Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to present insights from data effectively.

Proactive, self-learning attitude with good soft skills.

Exposure to database management systems.

Knowledge of big data ecosystems like Hadoop is advantageous.

Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.

Working knowledge of R/Python is beneficial.

Exposure to cloud ecosystems such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
