Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently. Communicate clearly and effectively in the required languages. Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries. Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies. Have to resolute customer’s query Voice Call.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree/12th. Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome. Languages Required: Telugu (mandatory for experienced candidates) Hindi English Tamil Malayalam Kannada. Strong communication skills in the listed languages. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills. Freshers with good language proficiency are encouraged to apply. Min HS Passed. Fresher & experienced both can apply. Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice process. Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month. Customer orientation. Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy
