Job Title: Application Support Analyst We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications developed using PowerBuilder (2017 & 2019), Visual FoxPro 9, C# .Net, ASP.Net and Microsoft Access with Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in legacy and modern application environments, and a solid understanding of relational databases. Key Responsibilities: Application Support & Maintenance: Provide Level 2 and 3 support for PowerBuilder and Visual FoxPro applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Provide Level 2 and 3 support for .Net and Microsoft Access applications, ensuring high availability and performance. Provide Level 2 and 3 support for COTS applications that use Contract Director 6 and JAMS Agent. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly. Monitor application health and implement fixes or enhancements as needed. Development & Integration Support: Assist in maintaining and enhancing existing PowerBuilder, Visual FoxPro, .Net, Microsoft Access and COTS applications. Collaborate with development teams to deploy patches, updates, and new features. Support integration with Microsoft SQL Server and other applications. Database Management: Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data management, optimization, and performance tuning. Create and maintain queries, stored procedures, and reports as needed. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation for application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and standard operating procedures. Ensure compliance with security and governance standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for AI, automation and process optimization. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Graduation Year: Must be a Bachelor’s/Engineering graduate from the 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 batches only. Accreditation: Bachelor’s degree must be from an institute approved by AICTE, DOTE, DTE, or any Government. Documentation: You must possess a final Passing Degree Certificate or a Provisional Degree Certificate. NATS Registration: You must not have a prior or current registration on the NATS Portal with any other organization, nor have previously worked as an Apprentice trainee.
