The Process Executive role involves Voice & Chat (Blended) work, requiring excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with customers, good documentation skills, comprehension skills, composition skills, and the ability to resolve challenging customer issues. Freshers role requires excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, proficiency in reading and speaking English, familiarity with computers and MS office, knowledge of navigation on Maps & Geography, and the ability to apply theoretical knowledge into practice. Shifts are rotational and flexible, working 24*7. The work location is HYD – permanent work from office.
