Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical management or troubleshooting on Proxies/SSE (Zscaler/Netskope/Prisma SASE) & Firewalls (FortiGate/Palo Alto/Checkpoint/Cisco FTDs).
• The SSE capabilities should comprise Internet Access, Private Access and Digital Experience.
• Implement project/change and troubleshoot incidents on Proxy solutions such as Z-Scaler.
• Adherence to ITIL service management framework
• Monitor/manage the customer perimeter security infrastructure as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with | minimal escalations.
• Vulnerability Management of the managed infrastructure with appropriate remediation
• Apply investigation techniques to document root cause and impact of detected computer security incidents.
• Performs or assists with IT security assessments or audits of internal and external networks and systems under the direction of the IT Security management.
• Documents findings in written reports with recommendations for remediation.
• Assists with the development and documentation of an overall IT Security architecture to assure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company IT assets.
• Develops and maintains good communications and working relationships with teams and external clients.

• The role defines the ability to handle L1-level tickets of Proxy & firewall devices; this includes troubleshooting security incidents to control the impact, as well as new service requests from the customer.
• The roles need ability to work independently while handling multiple client incidents and projects.

Engineer – Technology & Platform Development:
