Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
• BE/B.Tech Freshers are NOT eligible
• Any Postgraduate Freshers are NOT eligible
• Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English

Chat Support Executive:

Designation: Executive, Senior Executive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification Undergrad or Any Graduate with Experience – (No BE / B.Tech/ PG Freshers)
• Looking for Freshers & Experienced up to 3 years
• Good verbal communication skills; proficient in written & reading skills
• Basic knowledge on computer, keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Key skills Customer service with Chat / Voice Exp

Customer Support Associate (International Non-voice Process):

Minimum Eligibility:

• Only Arts & Science and Diploma can apply.
• No Arrears.
• PG Graduates & BE/B.Tech Graduates /2026 Pursuing Graduates are not eligible

Key Skills:

• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Listening & Comprehension.
• Good typing Skills is must.
