L&T is hiring Associate Engineer Trainee/M.Tech Freshers. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the drive online on or before 05 December 2025 (12:00 PM) using the link below. For More Details & To Apply: Click here. The selected students will be hired as Trainee and will have to sign an undertaking/bond amounting to INR 2 Lakhs for a 2 years & 9 months period. The Period of training will be for up to 15 months from the date of initial commencement of training. First three months will be under classroom training with stipend of INR 25,000 / month, as an intern and next twelve months, post successful completion of classroom training, you will be on on-job training as Associate Engineer.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must possess M.E/M.Tech in a relevant field Graduation scores basis the latest available marks should be an aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA No backlogs at the time of application. Selected candidates to ensure to pass their final year examination in the first attempt. Minimum hiring age is 18 years at the time of joining.
