Management Trainee:

As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions. This role is ideal for recent 2026 MBA graduates with background in B.Tech/ B.E , who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management — and want to grow into future leaders within our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire skills in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics.
• Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Analyse operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
• Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.

• B.Tech/B.E graduates (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)
• MBA degree holders (passed out in 2026, eager to grow into management roles
• Analytical thinkers with strong communication skills & adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
