Customer Care Executive:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred. (2021 onwards pass out) – No B Pharm

Position: 150

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a call center environment will be added advantage
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Listening actively to customers and asking probing questions to fully understand their needs and concerns.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products and services, pricing, and promotions, while actively seeking opportunities to upsell.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field is preferred. (2021 onwards pass out) – No B Pharm
  • Graduates (2024/2025/2026): B.Com, BBA, BA, BSc, MCom, MSc, BE
  • Freshers or 01 year of experience
  • Strong communication & analytical skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge
