As an Oracle ERP Associate Consultant, you will work with global clients to implement, customize, support, and optimize Oracle Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite solutions across business functions. Birlasoft is open to 2025 and 2026 graduates with a good academic record. Along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applicants need good verbal and written communication, and a genuine interest in learning enterprise applications and supply chain processes. Basic knowledge of SQL or ERP concepts helps, and so does hands-on comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot, though none of this is mandatory at entry level.
