What You’ll Need:
- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields (Fresh graduates from the class of 2024 or 2025 only).
- Not currently enrolled in or have completed any M.Tech program or postgraduate diploma.
- Not employed in any full-time role at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).
- Strong programming skills in at least one of Python or C/C++, with the ability to create and understand scripts for automating work tasks.
- Graduate-level understanding of basic circuits and transistor operation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Address bottlenecks in simulation techniques by creating and optimizing scripts.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify areas for process improvement and apply innovative solutions.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
