Junior Management Trainee:

• Data Analysis Reporting: Compile data from various sources to create weekly/monthly performance dashboards for executive review.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose “Lean” or “Agile” solutions to improve efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between junior staff and management, ensuring clear communication of goals and feedback.
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to turn raw data into actionable insights using Excel or BI tools.
• Leadership Quotient: A proven track record of leadership in college fests, sports, or internships.
• Agility: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot quickly between different types of tasks.
• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to build and deliver compelling decks to senior stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members on projects and tasks as assigned along with cross functional teams

CTC: Rs. 5,00,000 INR per annum.

• Must be enrolled in a two-year full-time MBA program with a focus on business management or a related field.
• Passing Batch Year: 2026
• Must have a bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% / 6.00 CGPA and
• Must have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
