The Graduate Engineer Trainee creates added value through the satisfaction of our Internal and external customer needs within the defined geography regarding New Installations, Existing Installations & Field Quality Excellence. New Installation: Plan and execute the installation and commissioning of elevators and escalators in accordance with the defined budget, timelines, Schindler Safety & Quality standards, and Company procedures. Plan the jobs and provide supervision to FTs and sub-contractor workers for timely completion of the project. Existing Installation: Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agree timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards. Attend the call backs as and when received and complete the loop by providing feedback Field Quality Excellence: Execute the periodic maintenance of the installations in his/her route as per agreed timelines and considering the Schindler Safety and Quality standards. Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics) Experience: 0-1 Year Batch: 2025
