Intern:

  • Attending classroom training and on‑the‑job training as per assign domain in HVAC, Fire & Security.
  • Perform Dashboard reviews, analyze, generate reports and recommendations under supervision of Senior Engineer.
  • Work with the field, help connect BAS under supervision of Senior Engineer.
  • Manages assigned work to meet professional and efficient execution of time and customer satisfaction. Reports problems or management changes immediately.
  • Adheres to all Johnson Controls and customer safety standards.
  • Conducts extensive self-study/ Audio visual trainings (reading, research, and practice) to improve and maintain technical proficiency in the company’s product lines.

What you will do: This internship is primarily training‑oriented with structured learning and guided hands‑on exposure to Building Management System. You will help build the future of our diagnostics platform that supports our service organization that keeps Johnson controls on the leading edge of cost-effective, technically advanced service delivery business. You will learn engineering fundamentals, tools, and processes while supporting senior engineers on, conducts preventive maintenance, and general servicing of Controls (including detailed troubleshooting of Controls) under close supervision.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E./BTech – (Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control)
  • BE/BTech Passing year – 2026
  • Your understanding of core subjects and utilized in solving real life problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and gender-diverse environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • General computer and mobile application skills would be preferred and are a key part of future development in this position.
  • Knowledge of IAQ / IEQ / Energy data.
