Graduate Apprentice Trainee:

  • The candidate must possess B.E/B.Tech in the given below field
  • Course Specialization: Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics and Communication/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Civil Engineering/Electronics Engineering

Eligibility

  • Graduating Batch: 2024 & 2025 (Only for Freshers)
  • 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering
  • No Backlog/No ATKT
  • Maximum 2 years of educational gap.
  • Candidate should not have signed Apprenticeship Contract with any other company. (NATS)

**Role Description:**As a Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gain exposure to the manufacturing processes, product development, cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the development of innovative automotive solutions.

  • The selected Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/roles/BU.
  • Candidate will be provided with hands-on experience which will enable to become employable.
  • Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations comprising Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning and automotive components and aggregate development.
  • Build on the Technical knowledge in the academia through exposure to industrial work.
  • Improve Knowledge, Skill and Attitude by developing understanding on Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production supervision, Maintenance activity, Part procurement and Quality management systems.
  • Develop understanding and implementation skills of Problem Solving.
  • Exposure to cross functional working.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning.

Stipend & Benefits:

  • Monthly Stipend INR 25000/-
