• Capture the details properly in the system.
• Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the process manual
• Self-learning skills
• Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPIs
• Follow the company’s policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.
• Should have a min typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Ability of self-learning on live job
• Eye for Details
• Flexible with 24*7 working environment.
• Active reading/listening skills.
• Analytical and logical interpretation skills
• Excellent communication Skills verbal & written (Neutral English).
• Should be team player, self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver
• Possess analytical skills, collaborative and results driven
