HCLTechnologies (HCLTech) is conducting a walk-in drive for Process Associate/Banking & Healthcare Voice Process role at its Chennai office on 30 April & 02 May 2026. Candidates with Any Degree/PG Degree can walk in directly between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Process Associate: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and issues via email or chat, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases. Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required. The Process Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer operations within the Order-to-Cash domain. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service through email and chat channels, maintaining data accuracy, and driving process improvements. The role directly contributes to operational efficiency and enhances client satisfaction, supporting the company’s objective to deliver world-class solutions and services.
Banking & Healthcare Voice Process: FRESHERS: Any Degree (UG & PG) Candidate with Good Communication Skills Good Interpersonal Skills Open for Shifts (UK Shift timing & Rotational shifts) Willing to take Inbound & Outbound calls
Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree/PG Degree Batch: 2024, 2025, 2026 Process Associate: Voice Process/Semi voice process: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. – Arts & Science No BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply Banking & Healthcare Voice Process: FRESHERS: Any Degree (UG & PG) Candidate with Good Communication Skills Good Interpersonal Skills Open for Shifts (UK Shift timing & Rotational shifts) Willing to take Inbound & Outbound calls Note: Graduation that are not eligible (NO B.E/B.Tech/Engineering/Tech Graduates/Msc CS, IT & MCA) (MBA 2025,MA 2025,MSC 2025,M.com 2025) are also eligible to apply Candidates with Backlogs also apply for this Position
