• Fresher / Entry-Level GOC Engineer
• The candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/BCA

Responsibilities

• Monitor Itron’s systems, applications, networks, and infrastructure using monitoring tools and promptly report any issues.
• Follow troubleshooting guides to identify, investigate, and resolve basic technical issues. Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when required.
• Respond to customer queries and support requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Gather relevant information from customers and document incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates on incidents and service requests.
• Assist in monitoring the health and performance of servers, databases, operating systems, applications, and network devices.
• Support routine maintenance activities for infrastructure and applications.
• Follow established processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure service quality.
• Help maintain and update technical documentation, knowledge articles, SOPs, and operational guides.
• Learn and develop technical skills related to network monitoring, system administration, and Itron platforms.
• Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and contribute to delivering a positive support experience.
• Participate in shift-based operations and collaborate with global teams to ensure continuous service availability.
• Be willing to work in a 24×7 support environment.
