The role involves participating in training sessions and workshops, understanding the software development life cycle, completing IT certification, proficiency in several programming languages, writing code, experience with Microsoft Office Applications, communicating at all levels, building relationships, maintaining customer service, debugging software, developing documentation, learning new technologies, code reviews, working with senior engineers, understanding design specifications, complying with project plans, collaborating with team members, contributing to team meetings, analyzing logs, validating databases, monitoring alerts, developing test cases, executing tests, reporting defects, ensuring quality standards, debugging client issues, reproducing issues, working in shifts – APAC, UK, US hours, providing weekend support to Production systems (currently Support team is working on a rotational basis to provide client support).

Preferably B.Tech or B.E Computer graduates (2024 or 2025 Batch). Looking for Engineering graduates with 0-1 years of experience. Knowledge & Skills Excellent personal management and organization skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. An analytical mindset and technical ability. Ambitious and driven to exceed expectations. Ability to communicate at all levels, build positive relationships with colleagues and clients and maintain excellent customer service skills. Credible and professional. Able to challenge appropriately and present solutions. High attention to detail. Self-starting and able to work on own initiative.
