Associate Content Analyst

Curate bibliographic information such as article title, manuscript ID, journal title, review date, editor name & editor email IDs from the peer review emails received from the peer reviewers. Assist customers in curating research publications to their respective profile and troubleshoot queries related to Author Profiles. Expected to follow prescribed editorial policies, procedures, and instructions to capture the bibliographic information with required quality metrics. Requires the ability and willingness to efficiently handle assigned tasks in a highly productive environment.

Responsible for assisting customers in managing research publications, troubleshooting Author Profile queries, and curating bibliographic information from peer review emails. Requires adherence to editorial policies, maintaining quality standards, and working efficiently in a high-volume, repetitive task environment.
