As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Your role will involve understanding client needs, offering appropriate financial products, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Ensure all financial products and services meet the client’s requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes to offer clients relevant and up-to-date financial advice.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Postgraduate degree (MBA)
• Bachelor's degree (BBA/BCom/MCom)
• Background in Finance or related fields is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Good knowledge of financial products and services.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• 2+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales in the financial industry (preferred).
