Rockwell Automation Off Campus Drive 2026 – Engineer

Rockwell Automation is hiring for the Engineer in Trainee (EIT) position. This role involves a structured 1-year training program with classroom trainings, job rotations, and the opportunity to choose a career path after completion. Candidates will initially report to the Regional Training Business Manager, AP and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India. The role involves supporting manufacturing industries in their innovate, Design, Operate & Maintain lifecycle phases, delivering projects or services, developing and delivering Digital Transformation solutions, providing Cybersecurity & Network solutions, and automation product and software project programming and commissioning. The role involves troubleshooting and maintenance of automation products & software, and automation/MES project design & development.

B.E./B.Tech graduates from the 2025 batch specializing in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. Fresh graduate / Less than 12 months experience in the field. Adequate knowledge of core Electrical and Electronics engineering concepts. Basic understanding of Computer Science fundamentals and programming languages e.g. C, C++ etc. Candidates must be available to join the organization within 60 days (tentatively by 15th March 2026). The role requires the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
