Field Engineering and Commissioning: - Coordinate engineering activities during project lifecycles, including design reviews and technical discussions. - Support field engineering and commissioning efforts across various domains (mechanical, electrical, and civil). - This role requires travel to project and client sites, offering hands-on exposure to engineering, operations, and site-based activities

Operations and Maintenance: - Monitor daily operations of Thermax equipment. - Monitor plant performance, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to health and safety standards.

Site Support and Travel: - Visit project sites for equipment installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with site teams to address on-ground challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Health, Safety, and Compliance: - Ensure compliance with safety protocols during site activities. - Participate in risk assessments and contribute to a safe working environment.

• Eligible Degree: Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Civil)
• Eligible Batch:2026 batch (Current final year students passing out in June/July 2026)
• Min 60% in HSC & Diploma (Both at the time of selection & after completion of degree)
• Must have good written & spoken communication skills in English.
• No Active Backlog at the time of selection in the qualifying course
• Should complete the course in normal/stipulated time without any backlogs
