Junior Engineer - Machine Programming

What a typical day looks like:

To generate, optimize and keep SMT programs updated. Ensuring all SMT processes are running within specified quality targets, initiate actions to meet the test requirements and specifications from customers, ensuring backup. Initiate and implement actions for continuous monitoring and improvement of SMT process in accordance with customer requirements, technical specifications of equipment and internal procedures. Provide testing and inspection activities, reports to customers. Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. Need to read, analyze, and interpret general business, technical procedures. Need to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. To effectively communicate with managers and employees of the organizations. Impacts immediate (daily or weekly) operations of the team or functional area. Executes and may provide input to functional processes or technologies. Assists in achieving section/sub-function objectives for a functional area. Demonstrates commitment to implement initiatives.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

B.E / B.Tech in ECE / EEE / IC / Mechanical / Mechatronics with (0-2) years of experience in Manufacturing set up, Preferably in EMS Industry. Basic knowledge of entire SMT assembly process Knowledge in surface mount electronic packages Knowledge in SMT Machines programming tools and software’s and IPC standards Demonstrate proficiency with Component placements and machine optimization. Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills Very studious, fast learner and able to adapt the environment. Establish and improve process capabilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English MANDATORY. Flexible for shifts
