Accurately enter, update, and manage data across multiple systems and databases. Troubleshoot customer problems, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as required.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred. – Arts & Science No BTECH, IT, MCA, BE are not eligible to apply.
Must-Have: Strong written communication skills, especially for email and chat support. Arts & Science, candidate should be fresher 2024 or 2025 Passed out. 0 – 6 Month of experience with proper documents also can apply.
