Store Manager:

Educational Qualification:

• MBA or Engineering Graduates(Mechanical/Automobile/EV) Completed
• Freshers (Class of 2023/2024/2025/2026/2027) or candidates with up to 4 years of experience

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory for Freshers):

• Prior experience in retail management, automotive sales, consumer durables, or EV industry
• Exposure to after-sales operations or service management is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must love talking to people
• Strong stakeholder management ability – comfortable engaging customers, vendors, and internal teams
• High energy, self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Analytical mindset with comfort around P&L, data, and dashboards
• Natural leadership presence and the ability to inspire a diverse store team
