The recruitment is intended for candidates graduating in 2026 with any of the following specialisations as mentioned. The duration of the Assessment is 90 mins and is split into 3 sections mentioned below: Verbal Ability, Numerical Ability and Business Aptitude.

MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (All subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation and Post-Graduation examination. Any graduate degree from a recognized university/college would be considered eligible. Candidate having up to one backlog may appear for the selection process. However, it is mandatory that the course is completed within the stipulated time duration without any backlogs at the time of joining TCS, if selected. Extended education would not be considered eligible. It is mandatory to declare gaps in education, if any. Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until the highest qualification. Relevant documentation, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education. Only full-time courses will be considered (part-time/correspondence courses will not be considered). Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary courses from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the Graduation and Post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time.
