What You’ll Do As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, building, testing, assembling, supporting, and configuring applications based on business requirements.
  • Understanding business drivers that impact performance and delivering software aligned to those expectations.
  • Incorporating technology trends into solutions and participating in the development of automation, new functionality, and integrations with existing systems.
  • Resolving incidents and supporting customers via voice, email, chat, or remote support.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • SAP HANA: Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and performance analysis.
  • Salesforce: Experience or knowledge in configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications.
  • Full-Stack Development: Working knowledge in J2EE and full-stack development.
  • .NET: Knowledge and development experience in ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC.

Test Automation Engineering (Preferred)

  • Creating test designs, processes, test cases, and test data.
  • Applying business and functional knowledge, including testing standards and methodologies, to meet team objectives.
  • Designing usability testing scenarios.
  • Preparing test-related reports and documentation.
  • Analyzing results and providing observations and feedback to development teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Minimum criteria- Any engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech/M.E/MTech or MCA or MSc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications) - any year of pass out till 2024.
  2. No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
  3. Candidate should not have more than 23 months of full-time experience.
  4. Candidate should not have appeared for Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.
  5. Candidate should have completed the relevant degree (eligible for this job role) in the stipulated duration of the degree. Hence, there should be no gaps during the course of your degree. E.g. candidate must complete the 4 year B. Tech course in 4 years.
  6. Students must have Indian citizenship.

Please note that Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a need for obtaining a work visa. All other foreign nationals require work visa or an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.
