  • Familiarity with Python, APIs, JSON, or data handling (academic or project-based).

  • Coursework or projects related to AI, data analytics, or automation.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping

  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation, and customer success workflows.
  • Contribute to maintaining a backlog of AI/automation ideas.

Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation

  • Support the development of small-scale prototypes (e.g., chatbots, workflow automations, dashboards) using low-code tools, Python, or notebooks.
  • Collaborate with team members to test ideas and validate use cases.

Pilot Support & Iteration

  • Help deploy and monitor pilot solutions with internal teams.
  • Collect feedback, track basic usage metrics, and support iteration efforts.

Learning & Knowledge Sharing

  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends.
  • Assist in preparing demos, documentation, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.

Documentation & Knowledge Transfer

  • Help create simple documentation, prompt libraries, and reports to support scaling of successful pilots.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with global teams (Delivery, Support, Customer Success) to understand business needs and support AI initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, AI/ML, Data Science, or related branches.
  • Graduating in 2026.
  • Minimum 80% (or equivalent CGPA) in 10th, 12th, and BE/B. Tech, with no active backlogs and no history of backlogs/arrears.
  • Strong fundamentals of Data Structures & Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), DBMS, Operating Systems, and Computer Networks.
  • Good programming skills in Java (preferred) or any object-oriented programming language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI-assisted software development through projects, hackathons, internships, coding competitions, or open-source contributions.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

  • Strong fundamentals of Java programming.
  • Basic knowledge of Spring Boot or backend development frameworks.
  • Understanding of REST APIs and web technologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, or AI development tools is a plus.
