• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; HR tools exposure is a plus

**Key Responsibilities:**As an HR Professional at L&T Technology Services, you will be involved in any of the below functions:

Talent Acquisition & Campus Engagement

• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines.
• Partner with campuses for hiring drives and engagement activities
• Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social platforms.
• Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Manage onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit processes
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
• Address employee queries and support HR operations
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports

Employee Engagement & Experience

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and events
• Assist in conducting surveys, feedback sessions, and action planning
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

HR Business Partnering Support

• Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs
• Assist in workforce planning and organizational initiatives
• Support HR analytics and reporting

Performance & Compliance

• Support performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and HR governance
