Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) Associate:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong interest in automation are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic understanding of OCR, document processing, or data extraction concepts
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Python (mandatory)
  • Familiarity with tools like ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar OCR platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

Soft Skills & Competencies:

  • Exposure to automation tools or RPA platforms
  • Understanding of AI/ML concepts related to document processing
  • Experience working with structured and unstructured data
  • Familiarity with APIs and data integration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining document processing workflows using OCR technologies
  • Work with tools like Otera AI and ABBYY FlexiCapture to configure document classification and data extraction
  • Use JavaScript and Python for scripting, customization, and automation of document processing logic
  • Validate extracted data and ensure high accuracy and quality standards
  • Perform data review, correction, and exception handling for processed documents
  • Collaborate with team members to improve automation efficiency and reduce manual intervention
  • Support testing, debugging, and optimization of IDP solutions
  • Maintain proper documentation of workflows, configurations, and processes
  • Stay updated with new features and best practices in OCR, Python, and JavaScript
