Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with strong interest in automation are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of OCR, document processing, or data extraction concepts
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python (mandatory)
- Familiarity with tools like ABBYY FlexiCapture or similar OCR platforms is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic knowledge of Excel and data handling
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Exposure to automation tools or RPA platforms
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts related to document processing
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data
- Familiarity with APIs and data integration

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining document processing workflows using OCR technologies
- Work with tools like Otera AI and ABBYY FlexiCapture to configure document classification and data extraction
- Use JavaScript and Python for scripting, customization, and automation of document processing logic
- Validate extracted data and ensure high accuracy and quality standards
- Perform data review, correction, and exception handling for processed documents
- Collaborate with team members to improve automation efficiency and reduce manual intervention
- Support testing, debugging, and optimization of IDP solutions
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows, configurations, and processes
- Stay updated with new features and best practices in OCR, Python, and JavaScript
