Description

  • We are looking for an IT Intern to join our IT Operations team. The candidate will support the IT Operations team with day這to這day application installation, endpoint troubleshooting, and general IT support across Windows and macOS devices, along with exposure to broader IT operations processes and automation initiatives.
  • Zycus is hiring motivated and curious AI Intern who is eager to experiment with AI/Gen-AI/Agentic tools across our post這sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real這world problems, learning quickly, and building practical AI這driven solutions.
  • Working closely with senior leaders, including our North American CCO, you will contribute to accelerating AI adoption across implementation, support, customer success, and expansion teams.
  • Process Discovery & Opportunity Mapping
  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies and friction points across support, implementation, and customer success workflows.
  • Contribute to maintaining a backlog of AI/automation ideas.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation
  • Support the development of small這scale prototypes (e.g., chatbots, workflow automations, dashboards) using low這code tools, Python, or notebooks.
  • Collaborate with team members to test ideas and validate use cases.
  • Pilot Support & Iteration
  • Help deploy and monitor pilot solutions with internal teams.
  • Collect feedback, track basic usage metrics, and support iteration efforts.
  • Learning & Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools and trends.
  • Assist in preparing demos, documentation, or internal knowledge這sharing sessions.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
  • Help create simple documentation, prompt libraries, and reports to support scaling of successful pilots.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field in 2026
  • Working knowledge of Windows and macOS — installing software, basic system settings, common troubleshooting steps
  • Comfortable working hands-’on in macOS environments
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem這solving skills
  • Eagerness to learn enterprise IT support practices
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID
  • Must have hands這on experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar) for technical assistance and problem這solving
  • Any Microsoft fundamentals certification (MS-900/SC-900/AZ-900)
  • Basic scripting exposure (PowerShell/shell)
