WNS is hiring for Associate/International Voice Process roles. The Associate role involves data capture, validation, and working with a web-based Passenger Revenue Accounting system. The International Voice Process role involves managing inbound and/or outbound customer interactions with international clients, delivering prompt, accurate, and courteous responses, and troubleshooting customer issues effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
BBA, BA, BCom, BSc or Any Degree/12th qualification is eligible for the drive.
Associate (Non-Voice (Billing & Reconciliation)): Graduate (Non-Technical – BBA, BA, BCom, BSc) International Voice Process: Graduate/Undergraduate (any discipline) with Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
