Adobe is looking to engage and groom passionate, enthusiastic, and product-support-focused talent to join its India Customer Engineering business unit. This team supports Adobe Experience Cloud products, onboarding new customers and serving as the single point of contact for enterprise clients. As part of this program, apprentices will be trained to deliver high-quality technical support, manage customer issues within service levels, and gain exposure to enterprise product ecosystems. Program Duration: 6 months
Eligibility Criteria
Completed any Undergrad course in 2023/24 OR Completed any Post Graduate course in 2023/24/25 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal) Ability to multitask and work under pressure
