Wipro Walk-in Drive 2026 for Service Desk/Back End Operations/Mapping Roles | 19 – 21 February 2026

The Team Member is responsible for developing superior understanding of client plan provisions, identify opportunities for knowledge enhancement and deliver to high standards of quality and timeliness. Consulting Skills, Client Knowledge and Client Service. Prioritizes work as required in order to effectively respond to client needs. Demonstrates sound understanding of client plan provisions by asking questions and responding to client needs in a timely fashion. Ensures knowledge of client plan provisions and supporting documentation is current and updated. Follows all predefined procedures, adheres to all the process guidelines and ensures that performance parameters are met and/or exceeded against SLA targets. Participates & contributes in daily huddles and status meetings. Ensures on-time and accurate delivery of all tasks as per Service Level Agreements Adaptability and Flexibility, Coaching and Recognition, Cross-cultural Competence. Delivers on new/ ad-hoc tasks in order to meet client/ internal goals promptly. Seeks and accepts feedback from coaches & mentors to enhance knowledge and capabilities. Creates/ updates SOP where and when required. Work with other supporting groups to enhance procedures and eliminate wastage. Assist end users with application issues, system administration queries, and network concerns. Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via call/chat/email/walkins. Identify and escalate urgent tickets requiring immediate action. Log all interactions and document activities accurately in the incident management tool. Handle and resolve helpdesk requests efficiently. GIS Executive: Graduate / Post Graduate (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 pass-outs preferred) Good communication skills Basic knowledge of GIS Mapping / GPS. Mapping Role (Freshers): Qualification – Graduation (should have all documents, PC & CMM Mandatory) Pursuing candidates are not eligible (Graduation or post-graduation) Only Fresher’s are eligible to apply. Should be excellent in English communication Good knowledge in Excel and the computer. Should have good knowledge on mapping (GIS, GPS..etc) Should be flexible to “Work from Office” Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts) Need immediate joiners Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week off., Back End Operations – Processor/Team member: Education Qualification: B.com, BA, BBA, Any B.sc (Except Computer science graduates) 0 – 2 years’ work experience in back office or similar transaction processing Good computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications) with typing Speed of Minimum 25 WPM with 90% Accuracy You should demonstrate good written & verbal communication
