Graduate Engineer Trainee – Mechatronics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical major
• Fresh graduate (2025 / 2026 pass-out) with no academic backlogs

Desired Skills

• Exposure to 3D modelling and generation of engineering drawings
• Exposure to CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Exposure to Pressure Vessel Design concepts
• Exposure to Strength of Materials applications
• Exposure to manufacturing / shop-floor environment
• Basic understanding or exposure to Water / Process Engineering systems
• Experience working on academic or internship-based engineering projects

Mandatory Skills

• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals (Engineering Drawing, Mechanics, Strength of Materials, Manufacturing Processes)
• Ability to prepare and understand engineering drawings, basic calculations, and technical documentation

Position Overview: Marmon GIC is looking for motivated fresh Mechanical Engineers to work with the Water Engineering Group. The role is structured to execute engineering activities such as detailed design, design calculations, tolerance stack-ups, and manufacturing drawings. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality engineering deliverables for assigned work while adhering to technical and quality standards.
