Genpact is scheduled to hire for the Customer Service/Accounts Payable Roles. Accounts Payable Role: Graduate in commerce, CMA Freshers are also eligible. Experience Required: 0 – 7 Years in Accounting. Customer Service Roles: Minimum qualifications: Graduate (Any Discipline except law). Experience: 0-2 yrs in the customer service domain. Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory. The roles involve responding to customer queries, providing support for data collection, maintaining a deep understanding of client processes, reproducing customer issues, and providing excellent customer service. The candidates should be able to exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis, showcase proven work ethic, and work well independently or collaboratively.
