Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High Reading Comprehension: Ability to interpret subtext, sarcasm, and cultural nuances in written English (and/or local languages).
- Critical Thinking: You must be able to ask, ‘Does this review actually describe a consumer experience, or is it noise?’
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot repetitive phrasing or ‘copy-paste’ patterns that signal a coordinated spam campaign.
- Policy Adherence: Ability to set aside personal bias and follow a strict set of ‘Source of Truth’ guidelines for content removal.
- Efficiency: Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with specific daily throughput targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Analysis: Review and categorize high volumes of user reviews to determine sentiment, relevance, and compliance with global policies.
- Spam Detection: Identify patterns of “Non-Genuine” content, including bot-generated reviews, promotional spam, and “Blanket Negativity” (e.g., “they are good at nothing”) that lacks context.
- Nuance Mapping: Distinguish between a “Subjective Opinion” (which stays) and “Harassment or Hate Speech” (which must be removed).
- Contextual Auditing: Verify if a review is “Out of Sight/View” due to a technical mapping error or if it is a legitimate complaint about a physical business location.
- Data Labeling: Maintain high-precision labeling to help train AI models in recognizing spam patterns across multiple languages and regions.
Job Description:
- Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained
- Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time
- Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics
- Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement
- Should be able to manage his / her own performance
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front
- Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any degree
- 10+2 or Graduate (pursuing candidates not eligible)
- Age Limit: 18 to 34 years
- Strong fluency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada (English proficiency will be an added advantage)
