Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with customers in English, as required.
  • Read, comprehend, and respond accurately to customer queries, process documents, emails, and system updates in both languages.
  • Understand customer concerns, analyze issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system.

Candidates must possess:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills to effectively understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers across different regions and backgrounds.
  • Confidence in handling customer conversations, documenting interactions, and interpreting information in both languages.

Role & responsibilities:

  • We are hiring enthusiastic, career-oriented Freshers. This opportunity is ideal for graduates who possess excellent communication skills in English, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and are eager to build a successful career in the customer service industry.
  • The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers over phone calls, demonstrate strong listening and problem-solving skills, and maintain a customer-first approach while always upholding professionalism. Since the role involves supporting customers from diverse regions, the ability to communicate effectively in whenever required is mandatory.

General Guidelines:

  • Registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Participation is limited to the first 350 eligible candidates reporting between 09:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
  • Personal laptops, tablets, or other electronic devices are not permitted during the interview process.
  • Candidates are advised to carry a mobile charger, as the assessment and interview process may continue throughout the day.
  • We are specifically looking for fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Applicants must have completed their Graduation or Postgraduation. Candidates currently pursuing any degree, certification, or educational program are not eligible.
  • The role operates in a 24×7 work environment, primarily supporting customers across different geographies, including US customers.
  • Candidates must be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Candidates who can join immediately are highly encouraged to apply, as immediate availability will be considered an advantage.

Candidates must bring required documents:

  • Two copies of their updated resume.
  • A valid Government-issued photo ID proof.
  • Original and photocopies of educational certificates and marksheets.

  • Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
