ADP is hiring for the Technical Consultant role in Hyderabad. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools. They will handle complex issues, write complex formulas, perform unit and system testing, and participate in client workshops. The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on a dynamic, customer-focused team. They will also be responsible for obtaining and maintaining certification in WFS Product Suite applications, documenting requirements, and providing application support.

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent years of experience. Candidates with Any Degree qualifications can apply. Minimum 2 years’ experience with programming language, preferably JavaScript and/or SQL. Possesses basic problem-solving skills. Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, considered a bonus.
