Eligibility Criteria
Domain: Customer Experience Management Qualifications: Bachelor Of Arts, Bachelor Of Business Administration, Bachelor Of Business Management, Bachelor Of Business Studies, Bachelor Of Commerce Graduate and above with more than 6 months of experience. Excellent communication skill is a must-have. An English language proficiency assessment (written and spoken) will be conducted through the Versant tool. A minimum B2 level as per the CEFR framework is required.
