Role Requirement:

• Ensuring safe operating practices are deployed as per SOPs & To ensure safe & accident free workplace in respective process.
• To make all machine danger free(Danger prediction/KY)
• Awareness among employee for safety on shop floor.
• To report generation of defects to seniors
• To ensure proper adherance with quality standards as per the customer requirement
• To run the machine at defined Cycle time.
• To eliminate Rework generation in process
• To improve the life of all the key consumables
• 100% involvement of employees in Quality Circle and KAIZEN competitions,
• To Ensure all the operations are carried out as per the system and Job standards.
• To communicate daily issues of shop floor with supervisors
• To interact with Maintenance / Quality sections to resolves daily Gaps in Plan vs actual
• Execution of Monthly Improvement plan
• Improve 5 s level on shop floor

Role Purpose:

• To Manage Production, Quality and Maintenance Process
• To ensure smooth process operations and achieve the results

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET):

• Candidate Preference - B.Tech./B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical streams only,
• Academic scores - >=65% throughout academics (10th, 12th & UG),
• Fresher or 0-6 months internship experience,
• Immediate joiner (2026 Batch pass out)
• Job Location - Patan (Mehsana, Gujarat)
