Systems Administrator Grad:
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:
- You will support the SQL Server Database Administration team in daily operational activities
- You will monitor SQL Server instances to ensure database availability and health checks
- You will Perform basic health checks on SQL Server instances
- You will monitor and respond to alerts related to SQL Server
- You will perform basic troubleshooting for common SQL Server issues
- You will assist in handling incidents and service requests through ticketing tools
- You will perform initial issue analysis and escalate complex issues to seniors
- You will ensure incidents and service requests are handled within defined SLA timelines

**Job Description:**Systems Administrator- Grad is an entry-level role designed for candidates who are starting their career in database administration. This role focuses on learning and supporting Microsoft SQL Server environments under the guidance of senior DBAs. The engineer will assist with basic database operations, monitoring, backups, and incident support across non-production and production environments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–1 year of experience in IT support, database support, or related roles
- Freshers with basic SQL knowledge and relevant training/certifications are encouraged to apply
- Basic understanding of Microsoft SQL Server/MYSQL
- Basic SQL skills:
- SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE
- Simple joins and filters
- Basic awareness of:
- Databases and tables
- Backups and restores (conceptual understanding)
- Database availability and performance (at high level)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server
- Basic understanding of RDBMS concepts tables, indexes, constraints, joins).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL/T‑SQL.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on‑call support model*.*
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in database administration
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in 24×7 shift rotations and on-call support
- Team player with a positive attitude
