Prodapt Walk-in Drive 2026: International Chat Support | 19 & 20 February 2026

Prodapt is scheduling a Walk-in Drive for International Chat Support and Voice Process Executive roles. Candidates are invited to attend the event on February 19 & 20, 2026, at the Chennai location. The International Chat Support role involves engaging with customers via chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about telecom services and products. Upselling opportunities will be available. The Voice Process Executive role requires providing customer support via voice, handling customer queries professionally, and working in a high-intensity environment.

Graduate in any stream. Excellent written communication skills (English proficiency required) – Strong persuasion & sales aptitude. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales/chat support. Telecom Billing is preferred. Qualification must be Any Degree. Freshers Passed out year 2020 and later Only. The candidates should not have any Backlogs (arrears). Must possess Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills. Must have good communication skills. Flexible to work from office (5 days) and in different night shifts, which include weekends, and overtime as necessary. Ability to work in a high-intensity, Stressful environment. Must be flexible to work a rotating 24×7 365 Days Schedule. Excellent Accent & Clear Communication (Mandatory). Strong verbal English communication skills. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle customer queries professionally. Basic computer knowledge.
