Customer Support – Banking Domain (Freshers only):

• Candidates must possess Any Degree qualifications
• This walk-in is only for 2025 & 2026 pass-outs
• English & Hindi fluency is mandatory

Responsibilities:

• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating and providing information.
• Determines requirements by working with customers
• Resolves problem by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, escalating unresolved problem
• Fulfills request by clarifying desired information, completing transaction, forwarding request
• Gross Sell / Outcalls to customers

Competencies:

• Clear communication (English & Hindi); vernacular advantage
• Empathy, patience, problem solving
• Attention to detail and process discipline
• Basic Telephone Etiquettes and basic computer skills
• Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
• Candidate should be able to communicate in English & Hindi
