First level support to end users based on Knowledge base available. Provide desktop and Laptop support. Basic installation and uninstallation of all desktop applications Handling ITSM Tool and Allocating the tickets to the right resolver group Providing Support for MAC related calls Providing Support for Mobile Device Installation of Business-related software Ensuring Software Compliance in all the End User Devices.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc qualifications are eligible to apply for this role. Preference will be accorded to candidates having completed certifications in MCSA/ MCSE.
