Should have good command over English Grammar and Fluency in English. Should be able to manage outbound calls in a timely manner following the scripts when handling different subjects/scenarios. Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge. Effective probing & analyzing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.

B.Com/BBA/BBM qualifications are eligible for this position. Candidates with Any Degree/B.Com/BBA/BBM qualifications are eligible for this position. Any Graduate who passed out in 2020 or later (no post-graduates) are eligible for this position.
