Wipro is hiring for International UK Voice Process/Mapping Roles. The International UK Voice Process role requires a Graduate (Tech/Non-Technical background) with excellent communication skills. The Mapping Role requires Any Degree qualification with good knowledge in GIS, GPS, Excel and computer. Candidates will be involved in understanding customer queries, researching requests, drafting responses, monitoring cases, processing documentation, and performing data entry. They will follow SOP's and policy guidelines to ensure quality customer service. The UK Shifts with 1 side cab. Only drop is provided by the company.

Any Degree qualifications are eligible. Candidates pursuing graduation are not eligible. Freshers are eligible. B.tech and Postgraduates require minimum 6 Months of work experience.
